We are looking for a driven individual with a proven underwriting background, who is not afraid to have the difficult conversations and always act with integrity when handing the diverse portfolio of commercial fleet motor clients.

As the Senior Fleet Underwriter, this individual will also be responsible for managing the day to day fleet policy issues that arise within the team. Closely working with the Underwriting Manager - Motor, this individual will eventually become a primary contact with the Broker when dealing with day to day fleet underwriting issues that arise.

In this role you will be expected to deliver profitable underwriting services to new and existing businesses. You'll utilise your superior relationship management skills as you work toward achieving sales and retention targets. As you make a difference and have real impact on business outcomes, you'll have the full support of an experienced team who consistently deliver market leading underwriting services to our brokers.
You will have an analytical and enquiring mind plus enjoy working with numbers and figures on a daily basis. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will stand you in good stead as you continue to grow and maintain your own underwriting portfolio.
