With offices across the world, you will be joining a team of over 4,000 employees servicing over 145,000 clients making us the largest provider & THE global leader in our space.This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Accountant to join the team.Here's What You'll Be DoingDevelop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectivesOversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processCollaborate with cross functional teams to optimize financial performance.Manage accounting operations, including financial reporting, tax compliance and internal controlsLead a talented team of finance specialists, coaching and mentoring them to become even better.Act as a bridge to other departments like Sales, HR and OperationsSounds like you're a fit?
Then you'll need:At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.Degree qualified with minimum CA qualifications.A proven track record of success in payroll operations.Deep knowledge of NZ Accounting standards - you know the drill!Stellar analytical and problem-solving skills - think outside the box (but stay accurate!
