This role is based in our Auckland CBD office.We are looking for an experienced professional to lead a portfolio of commercial/industrial/retail propertiesand maintain best-practice processes to ensure consistency and ongoing growth.The value you'll addEstablish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholdersCollaborateeffectively and provideservice excellenceDrive the delivery of best practice Facilities Management services across the portfolioSet and review the strategic direction of programmes, and standards, including maintenanceOperational management of service providers, driving quality of serviceUnderstand, implement and report on strong ESG initiatives across the portfolioEnsure compliance requirements are strictly adhered toManage building performance in a cost-effective manner in accordance with best practice and individual owners' requirementsPrepare and contribute to client reporting and budgetingQualifications7+ years of experience in a similar roleKnowledge of current real estate regulatory environmentStrong knowledge of legislative requirements, and the ability to communicate and apply to technical matters across the teamExperience in environmental and sustainability reporting including GRESB, NABERSNZ and/or other environmental rating frameworksHigh competence in Microsoft Office suite especially PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelYour strengthsStrong written and verbal communication skillsClient focusRelationship builderEmpathy with existing cultureStrong work ethicsTeam PlayerProactive and self-motivatedDiligent and conscientiousWhat we offerAward-winning CBD premises with connectivity to multi-modal transportAccess to Commercial Bay Club, Viaduct and Wynyard Quarter precinctsWellbeing benefits and initiativesAn inclusive and social culture with regular team eventsAdditional InformationColliers is an inclusive employer, where different perspectives, cultures, and backgrounds are celebrated.
