We educate the next generation of doctors and nurses to the highest clinical standards and prepare them to meet tomorrow's medical challenges competently, compassionately and creatively.You will be part of a dynamic team in education department, to organize, plan and execute curricular programs/initiatives across all medical years of the undergraduate program. You will also provide administrative, secretarial and logistical support and guidance to the Education Committees and other stakeholders, to facilitate effective implementation of the curriculum.Responsibilities:1. Assessments - Ensure integrity of questions and results by ensuring department's adherence to NUS examination regulationsAssist to organise, plan and execute continual and final assessments for students in departments (online or face-to-face)Provide administrative support for all examinations in NUSMed2. Campus Based Learning (CBL)Partner with team member to plan for CBL for each cohort in the clinical years, e.g. front loading lectures, Collaborative Learning Cases (CLCs) etc.Plan for and coordinate logistical preparations required, e.g. setup of teaching events in the learning management system with required pre-reading materials/preparation notes, rolling out post-teaching feedback to students via NUS Medicine's Feedback portal etc.Execute the CBL and provide support to tutors and students during the lesson where necessary3.
