You will also have proven experience creating positive and productive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for actively managing critical administrative functions for the Deputy Chief Executive, including:Diary managementSchedulingTravel bookingMeeting preparation and minute takingCoordinating administrative activitiesResponding to correspondenceYou Will BringYou will have real-world experience in a Senior Executive Assistant role.
Your calm and flexible approach will help you build strong and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
It is important that you have:Previous experience providing managerial support to a Chief Executive or tier two leader in a large and complex Government department.Interpersonal skills to manage relationships at all levels, including supporting senior leaders at the political interface.Demonstrated ability to work in a complex multi-stakeholder environment and know when to seek assistance.High level organisational skills with precision and thoroughness in all aspects of work, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment.Demonstrated ability to work in a team with a flexible and collaborative approach.Advanced computer skills; MS Office, databases, and a willingness to learn.Working for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of Aotearoa/New Zealand.
