About the Role
Supporting all engagement initiatives, the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for leveraging all digital assets including web, email, live chat, display, search and social. These initiatives should promote content that informs and promotes Mercury services as a reason to stay with them.
Leading a small team of digital marketing specialists, you will help develop their technical and creative skill sets - including but not limited to email design (build, test and deploy) and CMS content management).
Working cross collaboratively with other members of the marketing team, you will plan and produce content that delivers engagement at the right time to prospective customers as well as ensure content is informative and accurate across all digital channels.
You will work on multiple customer centric projects at once and ensure that everything online represents Mercury’s tone of voice and brand.

You are an experienced people leader who loves to develop the technical capability of your team and place a high emphasis on producing great work.
You are the type of person who simply “gets things done” and can work on multiple priorities at once. You possess good project management planning skills to ensure each project is delivered on time and stakeholders are kept well informed of milestones. You are calm under pressure and respond well to changing priorities.
You also possess:
Exceptional HTML/CSS skills
Adobe Creative Cloud experience
Digital analytics tools including Google Analytics, Data Studio, AdWords
Experience with enterprise level CMS
