What is the role?
We are looking for an experienced enthusiastic and hands-on team member to join us for the next 12-months. You will need to be able to “hit the ground running”. This role comes with job responsibilities that include design, build and implementation of innovative statistical data and analytic solutions to enable our strategic goals. It requires proven experience in researching, analysing and building solutions to meet our customer’s needs. Coaching and mentoring staff how to use the new solution and support it will be key element of the role.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a range of expertise across the following:
Experience in statistical systems development and business analysis
Designing and implementing innovative new processes and tools required to enable statistical production
Knowledge and use of Statistics Netherlands Blaise Questionnaire software is highly advantageous
Experience resolving conceptually and technically challenging problems
Ability to think big picture with a future focus
Proven track record in delivering practical and effective solutions in tight time frames
A self-starter with good initiative and both the capability and willingness to adapt to new applications and processes quickly
Engaging with Digital Business Solutions (IT), Solution design consultants, Architects and other technical staff
Ability to communicate technical information effectively with a wide range of people, maintaining strong relationships, both internally and externally
Documenting, training and mentoring technical and business staff in newly developed solutions.
Your responsibilities may include:
Leading the completion of the design and implementation of the systems and processes to be used to produce, transform and confidentialise data into the formats needed for publication and release of products and services
Exploring options and contributing towards the design of solutions which are able to be reused at the enterprise level.
