We're seeking a strategic and energised leader for this newly created role.
As the Senior CX & UX Operations & Delivery Manager, you'll work closely with the GM and the CX & UX Design Leadership Team to optimise operations, planning, and delivery of our work slate to improve customer experiences.
Your responsibilities include driving planning and delivery processes, ensuring visibility and alignment across initiatives, and leading a roadmap of improvements to enhance the Experience Research & Design team's ways of working internally and across Kiwibank.
This role also involves overseeing key projects, managing budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships, and shaping how we work, collaborate, and deliver better outcomes for all Kiwi.

A track record of improving delivery in complex environments
Strong planning, project management, and change management skills
Experience in agile or continuous improvement models
Financial, procurement, and vendor management savvy
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills from boardroom to design floor
A strong understanding of the role and work of experience design and research functions
