The purpose of this role is to assist with all financial activities managed by the Customer Payment Support team; specifically, to contact and negotiate with debtors
This is a great role that will challenge you and your collections or customer service experience while providing enough stretch for you to continue to grow
We are looking for someone who has a firm but fair approach towards our debtors.
We have a Permanent position as well as 3 Secondment/Fixed Term opportunities:
13 April - 21 August 2020
March 2020 - May 2021
July 2020 - August 2021

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
Experience in a collections and/or a contact centre environment
A positive attitude
The ability to “get stuff done” as part of a team
Experience in completing financial transactions, reconciliations and reports in a complex environment would be beneficial.
Finance, debt or accounting related qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.
