Are you are a pro-active, highly motivated, clinical gun looking for an outstanding opportunity to take your practice to the next level in a world class clinical environment? In this newly created and exciting position, you will be integral to the development and delivery of clinical pharmacy services to a variety of General Medical and Medical Speciality wards in partnership with the multidisciplinary team.
About the role:
With various hospital based wards in specialities including dermatology, rheumatology, infectious diseases, respiratory, neurology, stroke and older peoples' health which are among the most comprehensive in all of New Zealand; opportunities abound. You will work alongside clinical leaders help to drive and influence strategies to best optimise the clinical pharmacy service.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to support experiential learning placements within ADHB; facilitate workplace based learning for clinical pharmacy staff within ADHB and provide a high level, comprehensive and professional clinical pharmacy service to a specified group of patients.

About you:
You will have relevant clinical pharmacy experience (at least three years hospital experience which may include a hospital internship), the ability to work through complex clinical situations in a collaborative team, whilst showing drive, enthusiasm and innovation. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. The successful applicant should have the ability to be flexible, work well in a team and live the values of ADHB. A postgraduate clinical qualification is desirable.
