Working at NTT Job Description We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a complex application implementation and integration project as part of a multi-year programme for one of our strategic customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in infrastructure and software projects, application integration, and management of multiple vendors. The Senior IT Project Manager will report to the Programme Manager and be responsible for managing the project from initiation to completion, including management of internal and third-party resources from multiple international vendors, schedules, and budgets, and adhering to quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Communicate with stakeholders, including IT managers, vendors, and executive leaders. Lead risk management and mitigation efforts Gather, analyse, and report IT metrics. Manage resources, schedules, and financials. Adhere to stage gate quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex projects, ensure the management of multiple related projects directed towards a common objective. Engage with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation. Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as a single point of contact to the client. Ensure that the project delivers an as-sold solution, remains within the baselined budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction. Detailed, meticulous, and highly organised Proactive in approach with excellent facilitation skills Academic Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field and / or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in IT project management, including management of projects for government organizations. Experience in infrastructure and software projects, application integration, and management of multiple vendors Proven skills in the management and delivery of substantial and / or complex projects (high risk profile and/or projects requiring constant resourcing of 20+ people and lasting more than 12 months). Experience with integration of T&M and fixed-price deliverables from several third-party Partners. Experience with tight budgets, timeframes and managing and informing large numbers of stakeholders, including third party vendors. Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Jira and MS Project PMP / Prince 2 and / or Agile certification preference. Advanced Project Management degree or equivalent with significant related experience Relevant project management certifications preferably PMP ITIL certification is preferable. Required Experience: Demonstrated project management experience preferably in a multinational Professional Services environment. Proven client engagement experience Demonstrated understanding of the project life cycle Demonstrated competency in project change management.
