Delivering high quality civil infrastructure projects across New Zealand, an opportunity has arisen to join a quality civil contractor in a senior Project Manager capacity.
Working closely with the Regional Manager, in this project management position you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of civil infrastructure projects, maximising your resources without compromising on high quality. Ideally your experience will have been gained in the New Zealand, although applications are also welcome from Project Managers who have gained their experience in a similar construction environment.
Key requirements
Minimum of 5 years + Project Management experience within civil infrastructure contracting
Excellent project management skills coupled with strong organisational and planning skills
Sound financial project management ability
Tertiary construction qualification
Effective subcontractor management skills
The ability to programme and plan work including subcontractor resources
Preparing site reports, proposals and impact assessments
Proven ability in managing projects through all stages
Strong communication skills
Ability to understand design documentation
Computer literate
Approachable personality
Effective Health & Safety management skills
