We're hiring for a full-time Senior Chef de Partie.
Join our team in a busy and fun kitchen working across multiple sections as well as food preparations.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to present with:
A minimum of three years experience - reputable, high-volume establishments are advantageous
'Into and Onto It' attitude with high energy levels and resilience
Quality cooking. We expect every plate, every time to be of standard.
Ability to handle the pressure
Desire to learn and progress
Happy to follow instruction and buy into the common goal
A high standard of cleanliness and the willingness to clean
An understanding of the importance of our Food Control Plan and able to complete your necessary duties
Flexible availability across a seven-day work roster.
Great communication and attention to detail - you'll be a motivated team player
Desire to work with a transparent and fair employer
Able to work across multiple sections and pick-up skills quickly as well as present with your own.

What you'll be doing;
Contribution to menu development, design and costings of new items to meet targets
Ordering of goods from our suppliers, assisted with our systems and procedures
Management of staff hours so we meet our labour cost targets
Menu explanation to new FOH staff
Compliant management, management of dietary requirements of our guests
Line-cooking, management of your section and charge open or close
Preparation of food across multiple sections
Knife skills, and demonstrate knowledge of different kitchen procedures and techniques. Freezing, preserving foods as well as vacuum packing and sous vide.
Assisting with the management of our Food Control Plan, completing cleaning and daily/weekly requirements thoroughly using our software, Chomp.
Manage new hire trials and advise the Head Chef and HR Manager about suitably, making recommendations to hiring staff.
Training of new staff and continuous up-skill of junior staff
