The role will work with multiple social media brands owners, bridging the gap with platform strategies and expertise, to shape the brands content and audience engagement directions.ResponsibilitiesTo set the direction and drive growth of Mediacorp's social medial brands to engage young audiences across digital platforms.Maintain, develop and optimise social media platforms audience engagement strategies.Conduct analysis using internal and external data (e.g. audience engagement, market and industry), define key performance indicators to derive insights that will drive business decisions.Develop deep understanding of TikTok platform, analysing content and industry trends and communicate insights in a comprehensible way to brand owners.Conceptualise, build, manage and maintain dashboards that the team can use to extract data and insights for channel management.Staying on top of the latest social media trends, identify opportunities to improve and youth audience engagement.
