The position requires a close working relationship with our underwriting teams, CPF and NZI colleagues as well as delivering quality service and support to our broker partners.Key accountabilities include:New businessRenewal retentionGrowth of profitable businessMentoring of newer brokers and staff alikeOne of CPF's competitive advantages is being based in broker's offices.
You'll work in partnership with Aon Brokers, getting to understand customer needs, assessing risk accordingly and underwriting new and renewal business.
