We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst for one year fixed term to support the Inspiring the Future (ItF) project. ItF will broaden young people's career aspirations and challenge biases. The programme connects school students with role models from the world of work in fun and inspiring events that broaden students' horizons about future work possibilities. Role models talk about their jobs, the career pathway they took, challenges they faced and the skills they have developed.

What will you be doing?
Leading the business analysis effort for the project
Contributing to the design of the online tool to match role models with schools, alongside the product owner, designers, developers, information architect, and other business analysts
Eliciting requirements, collaborating on design and implementation approaches, and creating buy-in to the solutions proposed
Creating and maintaining EPICs, user stories, use cases and process flows
Liaising with technical teams to ensure the IT support model is fit for purpose and to reach consensus about how different teams will work together to support the solution
Drafting general support material content, e.g. FAQs, that will be formed into support material by the technical writer and change manager
Coaching and guiding other business analysts
What will you bring?
Extensive expertise and experience in business analysis and service design
Experience working in an agile environment
Extensive experience in online or digital product delivery, ideally of new products and services
Ability to plan and estimate work effort for BA deliverables
Ability to work effectively with technical teams
An ability to anticipate and speak up about potential problems, and develop contingency plans accordingly
Prior BA leadership experience and a genuine enjoyment of coaching and mentoring others
Advanced MS Office skills including Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
What will you get in return?
An opportunity to work on a meaningful programme of work that will have a significant impact on young people's career aspirations.
$108-115k per annum, depending on experience.
Working with a dynamic and vibrant team.
