Business AnalystLocation: Auckland, NZ, Hybrid working environmentWe have paired with one of our enterprise clients who are looking for 2x Business Analysts on a permanent basis.Position #1We are considering candidates who are experienced with legacy to new platform migrations.
This person will understand the impact points for migrations such as customer impacts, service impacts, and platform impacts.Position #2We are considering candidates who have worked with Service Now, ITSM, case management, or any transformation initiative related to customer assurance.Why You're SpecialYou have at least 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with proven experience working on migration or Customer Assurance projects.Experience working with Service Now from a business perspective.Strong ability and proven experience engaging with stakeholders across technology and the wider business.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Confident to convey ideas effectively within an ever-changing environment.Agile, waterfall, and hybrid experience.A customer-focused mindset, passion for evolving technology, and for delivering effectively.Ready to be a part of an evolving and rewarding environment?
