About the Role
As a core role in our continuous delivery pipeline, you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities across streams to improve business processes and user experience through process re-engineering. You’ll be a conduit between technical teams, the business and our customers. It’ll be important to be able to translate jargon to simple language. You’ll be an effective negotiator who can get people on board, influence others and present ideas and concepts. Having proven experience in agile and traditional delivery models you’re skilled at taking the lead and adjusting methodology to suit the situation. Analyse business processes and information requirements. This role will be accountable for process within products and services raising the maturity level of our BA practice to be repeatable, defined and measurable. Contemplate the end to end process; utilise the data available or collect the data required, evaluate and measure the impact of issues and recommendations across the business.
Who are we looking for
You’ll need to bring your classic BA Skills into play, with experience producing user stories and acceptance criteria. You will have worked alongside Digital Architects and Developers and have experience translating requirements as needed. Experienced with both Agile and traditional methodologies; working within scrum and Kanban environment, you’ll have a strong technical understanding with experience working in product development environments. Customer focused, bring your expertise in customer journeys and service blueprints. You’re patient when dealing with difficult situations and tolerant with different work styles You have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and are confident in planning and running workshops. Simplifying messages for non-technical people will be second nature to you and you approach problems by thinking them through, you ask enough questions to understand the issue, and you’re methodical in testing the solution.
