We are searching for a customer centric Senior Business Analysts seeking their next contracting opportunities.
THE COMPANY
Our client provides multiple services across New Zealand that are supported via a number of different channels including IT. They currently have a project in play that requires the expertise of a Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis functions and required tasks. Our client has adapted to a new style of working implementing Agile and Scrum methodology throughout their organisation.
THE ROLETo actively lead, manage and deliver all analysis, key performance measures, solutions, products, activities and processes.
To work collaboratively throughout the project life cycle in an Agile team environment towards common goals and outcomes.
To identify, define and streamline business and system processes creating positive impacts across the organisation.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCEExperience in a Senior/Lead Business Analyst position, providing oversight and guidance during the project lifecycle.
A customer centric approach, maintaining positive working relationships with all involved to ensure successful delivery and positive results for the customer.
Extensive experience following the Agile methodology with the skills to adapt quickly in changing environments.
Professional communication skills and techniques used to clearly articulate business requirements, ideas and presentations to the wider project team.
Advanced analytical and evaluation skills with experiences in a technical capacity including working knowledge in software development.
