The Project Delivery team are tasked with ensuring that Paymark’s projects (both internal and customer generated) are delivered in a quality manner and deliver on the outcomes that were envisaged at inception. A pivotal part of the team is the Senior Business Analyst as they act as the intermediary between stakeholders, end-users and IT to ensure that business/user requirements are delivered.
This is an end-to-end role where you’ll work with internal and external business owners to define business requirements from the initial concept, collaborate with application development to establish the functional and technical requirements, develop business process maps, develop communication and training plans and assist with the development of the business as usual documentation.What we need you to be good at:7+ years’ experience as a Business/System Analyst in a commercial IT environment – preferably financial services related.
Understanding of payments or banking.
Understanding of project delivery frameworks and the system development life cycle.
Comfortable working with Waterfall and have a good understanding of Agile methodology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and detail oriented in nature.
Understanding of business case development especially as it relates to cost benefit analysis.
Experienced user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio or Lucidchart.
Familiar with MS Project.
