Senior Builder/ Carpenter

Seeking 2 experienced Builder or Carpenter, Don't have to have an LBP. Just have to be able to read plans and work according to plan. have to be a team worker as we have a great team of workers already. We are a construction company that specialize in residential Buildings. we run a number of projects at a time always busy.
Key responsibility
Must know how to read plans and work according to it
Must be a team player and lead your team into finishing jobs
Must be a Leader and command your team
Must have experience in the building sector 3 to 5 years Plus
Must have NZ driving Licence.
Must have your owe or some Building tools/ big tools will be provided
Must be a good communicator/ with Good listening skills.
