Quite the opposite, in fact.We are on the hunt for someone to join our team supporting two Directors across multi-residential, residential, and commercial projects. In this role, you will be responsible for:Working closely with our directors and other building professionals, providing design services and solutionsSupporting development of project briefs in line with client needsSupporting a design lead to bring a project brief to life through CAD and other presentation meansManaging projects end-to-end, supporting the tendering and contractual processesEvaluating and advising on environmental, legal and regulatory mattersContributing to planning and regulatory application proceduresProducing, advising, and analysing detailed specifications on materials and processes to be usedWhilst it might seem a broad, we can assure you, your role is a very necessary and important function in our team. You will play an important role in ensuring we continue to produce award-winning designs and deliver to our clients when we say we will.About you…It goes without saying that you will need to be someone with an eye for design and detail. You will have initiative in spades and at the heart of who you are…you are a people person who can meet with clients and help bring their ideas to life.Your technical experience and capability will not only support us to deliver on numerous projects, but you will coach and mentor other staff to enable growth and development amongst our team.Experience in ArchiCAD is important if you are to hit the ground running. We have a large pipeline of work so you will be ready to get in and get your hands dirty while you learn the ropes.We have a funky office space on Walker Street which has recently been decked out to align with our brand.
