Our goal is to keep the land banks in both countries at a supply of not less than 4 years.What will you do?Due to ongoing growth, Ryman Construction is now seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to join our Auckland team, and join the wider team of 36 other employees. The Construction Detailed Design team take the concept design through to building consent. The buildings range from large scale commercial buildings, apartment blocks and townhouses. The Village Centres include commercial sized facilities, such as swimming pools, commercial kitchens, high level care facilities, restaurants, billiard rooms, cinemas and hair salons, to name a few. The Village Centres range in size from 2 to 5 levels, with some having multi level basements. Apartment blocks and townhouses are also common among Ryman Villages.The Construction Detailed Design team work with our Construction teams on site throughout the entire build. This includes working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and external consultants.In this full-time position, you will design and produce the detailed construction documentation for large scale $100 to $200m commercial projects.Who are you?Proven senior level experience 10 years as a Draughting Technician on multistory commercial and residential projects.
