Nga pumanawatanga ou - What you will bring
Senior level end to end recruitment experience, ideally a combination of internal and agency. Experience within the construction sector is a bonus.
Proven influencing skills at all levels of an organisation.
Ability to manage and deliver in a constantly changing environment with multiple priorities and diverse, often hard-to-fill roles.
Extensive knowledge and experience of best practice recruitment and able to help educate and advise people leaders.
Outstanding sourcing strategies, experience of creating and using talent pools and pipelines coupled with a genuine desire of finding top talent to join Kainga Ora.
