We\'ve initiated a long-term programme to modernise New Zealand\'s Land Information platform & services. To achieve this, we have designed a comprehensive work programme, which will be delivered over five years, with work prioritised to provide benefits for customers. To achieve this, we have a new position for a Senior Benefits Advisor to join us immediately.
About the role:As the Senior Benefits Advisor you will partner across LINZ to ensure that our key programmes of work have well defined benefits and that the necessary planning and measurement is in place to realise these benefits over time.
You will provide planning, management, reporting, advice, and analysis to support decision making and active ownership at all levels. This role will also see you sharing your knowledge to embed capability across LINZ around benefits practices.
About you:With a busy work agenda ahead, you will need to hit the ground running so you will ideally have demonstrated experience as a Benefits Advisor either in the public sector or within large complex organisations. Relationships and collaboration within your team and across the business are critical to success in this role. You will have strong communications skills and a successful track record of building trusted relationships to understand and address key stakeholder needs. You will also have:

Experience working across the business to design a benefits management and realisation programme that will meet current and future needs.
Ability to lead with influence, in an evolving environment.
Proven ability to work in an agile context to lead benefits management
Demonstrated ability to develop capability to manage and realise benefits
Demonstrated ability to develop effective benefits documentation, management tools, reporting, and practice across the business.
Ability to learn, use and adapt to new technologies and systems.
