Our role
Reporting to our Engineering Team Lead, you will coordinate the technical security related activities required locally, support the alignment of our security requirements with Cigna’s Global Information Protection team, and monitor activities relating to the security audit/PCIDSS requirements.
You will also work alongside and support the 1st line activities of the Technical Services Desk to ensure seamless service is provided to our end users.
Our ideal candidate
Our ideal candidate should be organized and methodical, with extremely high attention to details. Analytical and critical thinking abilities are essential, together with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
A degree in Information Technology or a relevant discipline, knowledge of PCIDSS and security audits, and experience in insurance industry would be an advantage.
