Job Description:

Target is seeking a hardworking and reliable Secretary to work from home in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Managing and organizing documents and files- Scheduling appointments and meetings- Handling correspondence and communication- Conducting research and compiling reports- Providing administrative support to senior executives- Assisting with project management tasks- Other general secretarial duties as needed

Requirements:- Excellent organizational skills- Strong communication abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Creativity in problem-solving and task management- Ability to conduct thorough research- Experience working in a remote environment- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
