Job Description:We are looking for a hardworking and resourceful Secretary to join our team at Halter in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:1. Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary2. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments3. Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms4. File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners5. Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports6. Develop and maintain a filing system7. Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders8. Make travel arrangements9. Document expenses and hand in reports10. Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Requirements:1. 2 years of experience as a Secretary or similar role2. Excellent organizational and time management skills3. Presentation skills4. Proficient in MS Office5. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload6. High level of discretion and confidentiality7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
