We are looking for an efficient administrator with outstandingcommunication and organisational skills to join our clinical services supportteam. You will provide administrative and secretarial support to ourconsultants and clinical teams. This will include accurate data management,maintenance of our patient information system, and ensuring the efficient andaccurate processing of documentation. Medicaltranscription experience would be an advantage, and a typing speed of 70 WPMrequired. Medical knowledge is also anadvantage (being able to understand prescriptions and medical procedures etc).
This role will have a start time of 11.00AM, Monday to Friday.
The starting salary for this role is $49,580 (pro rata per annum.I.E. based on a 40 hours working week). Our preferred applicant may be requiredto undertake a computer skills assessment.

You’ll respect the importance of maintaining patientconfidentiality and will have demonstrated the ability to manage a busyworkload. You’ll be bright, outgoing and possess excellent interpersonalskills, and will provide a consistently high standard of customer service toour team. It’s essential to have a sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Dictaphoneexperience. A typing speed of 50+ wpm and knowledge of medical terminologywould be advantageous.
