Two positions available
About the role
We are looking for two highly efficient medical secretaries with outstanding communication and organisational skills to join our secretarial support team. You will provide secretarial and administrative support to our consultants and clinical teams. This will include the typing of medical documents, patient correspondence and managing appointments. You will look after file management, patient record keeping and ensure the efficient and accurate processing of documentation.
These positions are as follows:
Position 1:
Permanent position working 32 hours a fortnight (0.4FTE)
We can be flexible around days and hours of work to suit the preferred applicant.
Position 2:
Temporary parental leave position working 80 hours a fortnight for up to 6 months from September
Hours of work will be between 8.00AM and 5.00PM Monday to Friday
You must be a competent typist (55 wpm+) with sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite. Knowledge of medical terminology and Dictaphone typing experience would be advantageous.

About you
You'll be bright, outgoing and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You will provide a consistently high standard of customer service to our team. It's essential that have a sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite. You'll respect the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality and will have demonstrated the ability to manage a busy workload.
