Seafood Manager

New World Hastings in Hawkes bay is currently looking for a Seafood Manager to join our Fresh team. This is an opportunity for some one with supervisor experience, a good knowledge of fish/seafood experience pricing buying and compliance. Our seafood team is a small team with a fresh fish offering 7 days a week, we create instore salads and ready to eat items, as well as a selection of pre packed chilled and frozen items. The ideal applicant will have the following attributes:-Proven Supervisory experience, direct and manage staff.Basic Seafood KnowledgeComputer Literate, understanding of SAP preferred but not essentialExperience in ordering, pricing and GP's ( KPI's)Unit 167/168 preferred but not essentialGreat Customer ServiceEye for detail to merchandise the Serve Over.
