Seafood Buyer Required

Experienced Seafood Buyer required in a fast growing seafood department.We are looking for a self-sufficient, experienced and hard working seafood buyer to join our team in store.You role will be negotiating deals with suppliers, managing stock levels to ensure minimal wastage, quality controlling, price setting, stocktaking, staff training and being the primary point of contact for customer enquiries.Fresh department supermarket buying is essential along with a proven track record of achieving department growth and strong financial results. Strong relationships with suppliers and proven negotiating skills are strongly desired.
