Here at Squiz in Wellington we’re looking for a digital-savvy agile Project Manager/Scrum Master to help us work collaboratively with our clients to deliver projects that achieve great results for our customers.
We’d prefer at least a couple of years experience under your belt, but we’ll also pay attention to great attitude and relevant background. Primarily, you’ll thrive on responsibility where technology, people and commercials intersect and your passion for tech will come through as you help Kiwi organisations thrive in a digitally transforming world.
You have a pragmatic lens in applying your expertise to manage the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring a customer-first mindset. You can adopt and lead agile but also understand where other methodologies would work best.
Requirements
What you'll be doing?
Managing multiple projects from kick-off to completion
Managing expectations around scope, timelines, budget, risk and issue management, and change management
Communicating regularly with a wide range of audiences such as internal and external stakeholders, end users, Creatives, Technical Leads and Developers
Organising client review sessions, making sure information is shared and understood
Facilitating collaborative use of our project management platform.
Working with a community of Project Managers to continually improve our delivery methodology
What you bring:
Experience in managing web projects
Examples of working with well with people in teams
Ability to build relationships of trust and respect with colleagues and customers
Highly organised with good judgement in understanding and setting priorities
Knowledge and application of various methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Lean
Strong understanding of web and digital.Things that will set you apart:
Experience leading workshops and provide Business Analyst expertise if required
Demonstrated ability to absorb and contribute to technical documentation
Insatiable curiosity and a desire to know the “why”
