Scrum Master

If you are a Senior Scrum Master looking to build your reputation within a high profile organisation committed to agile practices, then we would like to speak to you! You will have the chance to:
Provide high-end consulting and coaching across Agile principles
Help teams focus on the goals of the current iteration and keep them on track
Removes barriers that block the team so they can deliver high quality work
Works with the Product Owner, providing a check and balance between getting more done and maintaining high quality and efficiency
Encourage collaboration and facilitate Scrum-prescribed collaborations

Essential Skills include:
Hands-on experience working within Agile teams as a Scrum Master
Agile certification (a bonus)
A technical background would be of benefit
Experience in enterprise change and agile delivery
A senior, consulting mindset which enables you to communicate effectively across multiple teams
Ability to lead, mentor and coach team members through delivery of quality solutions
