We are currently recruiting a Scheduling Administrator who will have the following star qualities: • an eye for detail, • a passion for helping people, • a lovely telephone manner, • ability to work well in a busy environment while staying calm, and • able to work efficiently Your key role responsibilities will be: • answer incoming calls • overseeing and logging the successful & timely return of internal and client queries, • daily liaison with clients, • scheduling appointments with clients, • provision of support to the wider Service Hub team You will be the voice of Wells and will ensure that our customers have faith and trust in our ability to assist them to the best of our ability, as fast and as accurately as possible. Our ideal candidate will have the drive and energy to reach both individual and team targets and be proud of the quality of their outputs. You need to be a team player and will require excellent computer skills and abilities in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook along with excellent communication and great customer focus. Previous customer service skills are desirable and industry experience would be an advantage, but with good attention to detail, a can-do attitude and lots of positive energy you may be the person we are looking for. Appropriate training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful candidate.
