We invest in our people and provide endless opportunities for growth.About The JobWe're looking for a Saw Operator to join our night shift team at our Vulcan site in Christchurch, specializing in cutting mild steel.Working hours:Monday to Thursday: 2:00 PM - 11:30 PMFriday: 2:00 PM - 6:30 PMRequirementsExperience operating a programmable saw (advantageous but not essential)Full Class 1 driver's licence (minimum)Physically fit - this is a hands-on roleComfortable using technology at an intermediate levelReliable with strong attention to detail and safetyWilling to work overtime if requiredTeam player - ability to collaborate closely with co-workersHealth & safety focus - excellent understanding & adherence to proceduresPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and improveForklift licence (a plus but not mandatory)Familiarity with gantry cranes (beneficial but not essential)We are committed to health and safety in our organisation.
