Saturday Customer Service - Permanent Part Time - Richmond

We are looking for a great new part time customer service representative.
Full training will be provided. Mature student to semi-retired or somewhere in between? All will be considered. This is a permanent part time role one day per week.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity to join our friendly Richmond team. Hours of work will be Saturday's - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If of interest, some additional hours may be available when covering for other team member's leave.
You will be:
Helping our customers with their product enquiries, taking them through options to ensure we deliver the best value for their project (able to be friendly and helpful). Ensuring after sales processes are completed (you will need to have attention to detail). Assisting in the yard; preparing customer orders and ensuring stock levels are maintained and presented with pride (physical fitness appropriate for lifting timber will be needed).
While a background in customer service would be an advantage, as training will be provided, the most important thing is energy and enthusiasm for helping customers find solutions in the rural/outdoor timber industry. You must be reliable as our customers and team expect the best! You will also need to be physically fit.We are looking for someone to commit to this role long term so you must be eligible to work in NZ for at least 1 year following your start date.
