This position will be involved in the implementation and delivery of SAP NZ Payroll solutions for our valued customers. This position will see you immersed in all aspects of customer relationship management including; identifying business opportunities, implementation delivery, consulting on best practice approaches and helping our client to continue to add value to their SAP HCM/Payroll environments.To be successful, you’ll need to evidence an excellent knowledge of payroll processes and legislation (ideally NZ, although consideration will be given to those who have comprehensive experience supporting or implementing SAP Payroll solutions in other countries, and who can demonstrate the capability to leverage this knowledge and learn NZ legislation quickly)Skill Requirements: The following skills are required to fill this role:
Excellent payroll business knowledge gained through previous roles with an operational payroll background.
Has implemented and has configuration experience of an SAP payroll solution.
A solid understanding of Payroll legislation and can interpret changes to the legislation and apply these changes within the SAP application.
4+ years’ experience in SAP.
Ideally additional SAP HCM skills (including but not limited to SAP - OM, PA , ESS / MSS, Time Management and CATS).
Ideally additional SAP SuccessFactors skills and experience implementing one or more of SuccessFactors Employee Central, Learning Management, Onboarding, Recruiting Management, Performance and Goals, Compensation.
Proven ability to identify enhancement requirements and design capability.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines.
Focused on delivering value to the customer and able to provide knowledge transfer to the Zag SAP HCM/Payroll team.
Takes personal accountability for the resolution of issues and delivery of positive customer outcomes.
