An excellent opportunity as arisen for an experienced administrator who has contracts and SAP experience to join a busy team located in Mt Albert. Starting asap this role is until the end of June.
Duties include:Assisting with administration around the contract’s approval processData Entry into SharePoint Tracking SystemEmail managementProject administrationUpdating and closing off projects in SAPOther adhoc duties as required.
To be considered you would likely have:Strong Administration and project administration experienceAdvanced MS OfficeSharePoint, Adobe and SAP Projects experience an advantageFlexibility to assist on a variety of tasksContract’s administration experience
