CompanyRequisition ID134015BRRoles and Responsibilities:You will work directly with the client to understand their needs and detailed requirements and will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust solution to meet those needs, eventually communicating that solution in a clear and professional manner to client stakeholder executives.Your role is to take ownership of all technical aspects of a Force.com implementation including custom code, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products.You are responsible for successfully designing and managing the delivery of cloud-based solutions and technologies.
These technologies include--but are not necessarily limited to Salesforce.com products and APIs, Salesforce industries Comms cloud, Omni studio and industries CPQ(Vlocity) and Industries Order management.Technologies involved include Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, Amazon Web Services, Heroku, mobile development technologies, and integration/ETL technologies.Minimum 6-9 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions, with at least 4 years on Salesforce Force.com platform/Service Cloud implementations in Lightning.At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Salesforce Communications Cloud implementation projects.Experience working on Omni studio, industries CPQ (Vlocity, Cloudsense), and/or Industries Order management.Experience in creating technical design documents.Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs, and web services.Understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle, including deployment/packaging using Metadata API, ChangeSet, and Ant.Knowledge of best practices in coding standards, deployment, security, and integration within Salesforce.Experience in developing complex business requirements using Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Controllers, and JQuery.Experience in creating reusable UI components with Aura and Lightning Component Frameworks.Extensive Salesforce implementation experience, excellent communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.Ability to collaborate effectively within onsite-offshore Agile teams.Deep understanding of Salesforce sales Cloud and communities solutions.Certifications: Platform Developer 1/2, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, OmniStudio Consultant, and XOM/CPQ on Communications Cloud.Preferred Skills:Bachelor's degree or equivalent; relevant work experience can substitute education.Experience with inter-component communication, Lightning design system, HTML5, JavaScript libraries (jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular).Hands-on experience with tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, AJAX toolkit.Experience migrating customizations from Sandbox to Production, including configurations, packages, and objects.Customization of reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes.Experience working in a global delivery environment.Additional Skills:Excellent customer interfacing skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
