As the Salesforce Administrator, your role is to proactively and continuously support our thousands of Salesforce users across the globe ensuring their successful use of the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator has hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, supporting and managing Salesforce users on a continual basis and experience building strong positive relationships with people.
What you'll do:

Support our Salesforce users on a daily basis on the Salesforce platform through configuration, user management, roles, profiles, data, reports, dashboards and other typical Salesforce administration tasks.
Proactively manage, support and work on the internal Salesforce cases and queues for our Salesforce users.
Positively grow, build and nurture strong positive relationships with our Salesforce users.
Ensure timely, accurate and positive communications are had with all our stakeholders.
Represent the Salesforce team in a positive and professional manner on a daily basis and champion its success and use.
Work closely with the Salesforce Capability Team, Product Owners, QA Team, Integration Team and the wider Enterprise Technology team.
Due to having offices in US, UK, AU and NZ, flexible working times outside of normal work hours may be required. In addition, some on-call production support may be required for priority 1 issues, as part of Incident Management processes.
Create and contribute to a fun, positive working environment, living Xero’s values daily, with a focus on customer service and delivery both within the immediate team and wider Enterprise Technology Team.

What you’ll bring with you:

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, working as a Salesforce Administrator within an organisation, with relevant certifications.
Strong Salesforce platform configuration experience, managing and supporting users, data management, creating reports and dashboards, profile management, role management etc.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce setup and declarative configuration including security and sharing, object creation and definition, automation processes and validation.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Analytics, Lightning Knowledge and/or Coveo beneficial.
Certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator and other Salesforce certifications beneficial.
