Initially a 6-month contract with our client looking for someone who is immediately available.To turanga hou | Your new roleAdminister and manage the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.Develop and maintain productivity dashboards to provide actionable insights.Design and implement Salesforce flows to automate business processes.Manage and optimize the email to case functionality to improve customer service operations.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their Salesforce experience.Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Admin.Experience in Sales and Service Cloud, Industries Cloud (pref Financial Services Cloud, Insurance Cloud).Experience managing integrations with internal systems, SSO AD setup and configuration.Strong Business Analysis skills with the ability to gather and document requirements.Expertise in creating productivity dashboards and Salesforce flows.Experience with email to case management in Salesforce.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
