My client is leading the charge to integrate the printed document with online applications, storage, retrieval and wider business management solutions. They are offering solutions combining consulting, hardware, software implementation and workflow management, to create efficiencies, increase productivity and very importantly - savings.
On their behalf, we are seeking a very experienced solution focused Sales/ Account Manager to to nurture and maximize the growth of existing customers and also prospect for new customers.
You will maximise the growth within the territory, identifying new business and upselling opportunities, as well as providing your existing clients the very best solutions and service the market can bring.
Competencies Sought:
High level relationship development across key accounts
Proven experience on identifying new business opportunities with a strategic sales focus.
Expertise to be able to determine customers' current and future requirements.
Ability to pitch customised solutions that support your client's strategic business objectives.
Understanding of how to apply pricing, margin calculations, writing tenders, RFP's and customizing individual customer proposals
A commitment to building a strong product knowledge. (Technically savvy).
Ability to sell across a full spectrum of technology solutions
Demonstrate strong pipeline management experience
Strong after sales services, ensuring smooth coordination of customer installations
Ability to guide and support junior sales reports, encouraging and enabling their sales skill development
In a perfect work you will have 3 - 5+ years sales experience within ICT sector, (e.g. software, storage, cloud service, network integration, document management)
The Rewards
Base salary, OTE $130K - $150K uncapped.
