Our current team is not afraid to pick up a phone or knock on a door to interact with their customers; all they need is inspiration and management to help them smash their targets. Creating an excellent team culture is vital in this role, so you need to be highly motivated, passionate, energised, and customer-focused sales leader.Your Role will beLeading and coordinating a team of 3-4 Sales Representatives as you visit customers door to door in your allocated territoryInspiring your team to smash their sales targets while providing the best customer serviceCreating a healthy, supportive and productive team environmentTraining, coaching and developing your side to help them excel in their roleFollowing up with clients to complete appointments and sell products to meet your team targetsManaging your allocated budget and costs for your teamPreparing sales reports on a daily and weekly basis, identifying the trends and reporting it to Sales ManagerWhat you needMinimum 2 years’ experience in sales and customer service and six months experience in leading a teamFull understanding of KPI’sExcellent communication skillsProven record of achieving targetsAvailable for weekend shifts and flexible around hours of work, as these can vary depending on seasonsAble to use Excel for reportingcomfortable using an iPad to capture customer’s details while on the roadA clean and full driver licenseWe offerCompetitive package of salary + Bonus + Company VehicleApplicants should have NZ residency or right to work in NZ with valid Visa.Shortlisted candidates will be contacted immediately for a discussion and can be helped with further visa assistance in future if needed.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Sales Management: 2 years (Preferred)Work Eligibility:No work eligibility is required, I am willing to sponsor the right candidate (e.g. visa) (Preferred)
