You will be enthusiastic and passionate about Menswear and the brands we sell.
You will enjoy interacting with our customers, having the confidence to provide that one-on-one service to advise on the latest trends or show off your product knowledge.
Being passionate, motivated, and committed to achieving high standards at all times is essential.You will be adaptable and use your initiative to keep on top of tasks, ensuring your area is kept well-presented and stocked.
Attending product training sessions to expand your knowledge is key for success.Having a good teamwork ethic along with the flexibility to work across the Contemporary Lounge Department is essential to assist the wider team when required.
You will be working with an established team that embraces the positive culture that Ballantynes offers.
