This role will be varied - helping in the office and jumping into the small factory to help pack products where required.
Can be fairly flexible with hours, would suit someone local. 8-10 hours a week to start - highly likely to increase over time.
Key duties include:
Processing of online and email orders into Xero and other systems (training will be provided - Woocommerce website and Unleashed inventory management system)
Picking and packing of online and email orders
General office admin- answering calls, dealing with customers, couriers, supplies, logistics, marketing and event support, some team support where required
Assistance with packing product in small food grade facility where required

Experience working in online eCommerce environment / working with retail products
Social media/ photography/ video skills
Passion for food products, possibly even nutritional training
Experience with food safety and or food production
Analytical skills
If you get the job you will initially be a self employed contractor meaning you will have to pay your own tax, however this could lead to a being picked up as a permanent part time employee.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa due to the self employed contractor status.
The employer will be responsible to meet all regulations regarding worker safety during Covid-19 Alert L2. Any successful applicants will be made aware of their responsibilities as well.
