Purpose of Role: The Sales and Marketing Manager will design and deliver a comprehensive marketing and communications plan across all areas of the business. Grade and Salary: Grade 6 £26,715 to £30,942 FTE and working pattern: - 1 FTE - 37.5 hrs per week - 5 working days within 7 Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities: · The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead marketing design within Oriam · The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead on the Communications plan for Oriam · The Sales and Marketing Manage will lead sales within Oriam Education, Qualifications & Experience: These are the criteria on which the short-listing and recruitment selection will be made Essential 1. Educated to degree level within a marketing discipline, or equivalent experience within a professional marketing capacity 2. Experience of working within a similar environment as outlined above 3. Competent in the use of relevant IT packages 4. Analytical problem-solving skills 5. Well-developed interpersonal skills 6. Excellent customer service skills 7. Demonstrable ability to manage, assess and develop staff 8. Demonstrable ability to work quickly, flexibly and accurately in a dynamic, changing and pressured environment 9. Demonstrable professional and proactive approach Desirable 1. Professional Qualification or memberships of Professional body relevant to marketing 2. Demonstrable experience of managing a small team including setting objectives and managing workload 3. Experience of Higher Education setting 4. Experience of Leisure Management system, preferably Gladstone 360 5.
