In this newly created role, you’ll get to work with a massive database of petlovers, and motorheads to deliver targeted and effective marketing campaigns using a full range of your marketing knowledge and toolbox.
Reporting to the CEO, and as part of the senior management team, you will also be responsible for working with a large team of telesales professionals who are dedicated to working with our customer base to make insurance simple, affordable and there when you need it.
Review, develop and implement a short, mid and long-term marketing framework and strategy.
Manage the CRM system for maximum efficiency, generating leads, and specific content using segmentation marketing strategies for effective and highly targeted digital campaigns and newsletters.
Work in partnership with key clients (Vets, Breeders) to conceptualise and execute campaigns that target both our existing client base and prospective clients
Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and media assets.
Website content and design.
Collaborate with the sales team to inform marketing strategies, increase client conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Develop thought leadership / industry engagement campaigns and manage events programs.
Ideally you’ll come from a demonstrated base marketing background, where you have designed innovative and effective customer acquisition and retention strategies, with a close eye for ROI per campaigns. You’ll be expected to be digitally savvy, with a keen eye for integration with traditional marketing activities that generate high customer awareness and brand effectiveness. Experience with subscription marketing and or insurance/ banking would be highly desirable.
