The Role:

Reporting to the Director - Business Development, this position will be pivotal in the management of our core Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, tools and processes and the coordination of programmed customer marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Building system capability to evolve and develop the Company’s CRM database, tools and processes.
Maintain the CRM database, delivering capability that supports the development of targeted marketing campaigns in accordance with the business development strategy.
Maintain the Company’s external marketing platforms and content such as the Website, Linked-in and other social media sites.
Contribute to the development of tender and marketing content and liaising with key stakeholders across the company to achieve key sales and marketing objectives.
Working with the HR team to develop the employee branding required for media and recruitment campaigns.
Customer liaison both face to face and remotely across the country.

Multilingual – the ability to converse with a diverse customer base.

Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor degree in Business Information Systems (or equivalent) or Business Marketing (or similar).
Experience developing social effective media and website platforms
Demonstrated solid experience with website and marketing analytical tools
Working knowledge of Ad serving tools
Experience setting up and optimising PPC campaigns on all major search engines
Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
Experience working within transportation services or coach touring industries.
Business to business sales and marketing experience.
Advertising and promotional material design.
Ability to speak in Mandarin, Japanese and or Korean is preferable.
