At TTC Tour Brands, we represent the world's most iconic travel brands - Trafalgar, Trafalgar River Cruise and Contiki!The OpportunityAs a Sales Manager, you'll be the commercial lead for your territory, managing a portfolio of strategically important and high-potential travel partners across the South Island.
You'll be at the forefront of accelerating sales performance through data-driven decision-making, deep partner engagement, and strategic territory planning.You won't just manage relationships; you'll actively grow them, using your commercial acumen to increase passenger volumes, drive cross-brand participation and uncover new opportunities in the market.What You'll Be DoingOwn and manage a portfolio of travel agency partners across your South Island territory.Develop tailored account strategies based on performance tier and growth potential.Execute TTC's sales process and deliver results tied to revenue and passenger growth.Use tools like Salesforce to track trends, identify risks, and uncover new opportunities.Deliver impactful training, webinars, and sales consultations that inspire and inform.Cross-sell TTC brands based on partner needs and client profiles.Provide insights back to the business on market trends, competitive shifts, and partner feedback.Manage your T&E and co-op marketing budget with a focus on ROI.About YouYou're a commercially minded sales professional with a passion for travel and a drive to exceed targets.
